Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict no refund policy. If services were rendered and payment is final. If you place an appointment with us a booking fee will be charged. The booking fee will then apply to the appointment at the time of service. However, if you do not give proper cancellation notice (48-hours), do not show for your appointment the booking fee is not refundable. If you need to reschedule the booking fee will be applied to the new appointment date.

At Salon Palais we take the time to prepare for your scheduled appointment before your arrival. We are committed to providing you with exceptional service. When a client cancels without giving enough notice, they prevent another client from being seen. Please notify us of any changes or cancellations 24-48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. We understand that life's circumstances sometimes prevent you from keeping your appointments, but if a 48-hour notification is not given, You will forfeit your 35% deposit. If a minimum of 24-hours notice is not provided you will be charged for the full scheduled service missed. If the scheduled service is a part of a package you will forfeit the session out of the package.

Reschedule

We ask that you please reschedule at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you forfeit your deposit.
